We’re excited to share the Week 5 Reflection Task for our first cohort! This week’s theme is the Skill Application Challenge —an opportunity to put your newfound skills to the test.

WEEK 5 Reflection Task: Skill Application Challenge

Deadline: Thursday, October 31st - Monday, November 4th

Skill Application Challenge:

In this task, you’ll focus on identifying a problem you've encountered in your current or past work/projects.

Using one of the skills you've learned in this program—whether technical or a soft skill—develop a plan to tackle the problem.

Instructions:

1. Identify a challenge related to your job, project, or community.

2. Develop a step-by-step plan, 200-250-word, outlining how you would apply a specific skill learned to solve the problem.

3. Outline key outcomes or improvements that would result from applying your solution.

4. Use the hashtags #My3MTT and #3MTTCommunity. Be sure to tag @3mttNigeria, @IHSTowers, and @NITDANigeria.

5. Post your write-up on social media.
